Gavin’s Gifts was created in honor of our nephew, Gavin — a bright, joyful boy whose courage continues to inspire us. When his family learned he had Batten disease, they stepped into a world few understand: endless appointments, overwhelming information, and the fear that comes with a rare diagnosis. We quickly realized that no family should navigate this alone. Gavin’s Gifts exists to provide hope, connection, and practical support to families walking this same path. Every resource, every gift, and every act of generosity is rooted in his story and the thousands of children fighting this disease.
